For each comment, capture

• Sample or pattern version and date received.
• Garment area and the observed issue.
• Requested change, reference image or measurement.
• Decision owner and whether the point is open, revised or approved.

Before the bulk reference is released

Confirm which sample and documents define the agreed standard. List any accepted exceptions. A later change to fabric, colour, artwork or measurement may require another review.
