APPAREL PRICING / QUOTE SCOPE

A useful quote starts
with the same scope.

The garment, material, decoration, order mix and delivery boundary all affect the offer. This page explains what to compare; it does not publish a live unit price.

01

Garment construction

Pattern complexity, garment structure, seam details and the approved specification.

02

Material and finish

Fabric reference, composition, weight, colour, finish and confirmed test requirements.

03

Decoration and trims

Artwork, placement, labels, buttons, zips and other agreed components.

04

Order assortment

Quantity by style and colour, size breakdown, set definition and packing mix.

05

Delivery scope

Packing, inspection evidence, destination and the transport responsibilities in the offer.

HOW TO READ THE SCOPE

Check each line against the version you sent.

Use this as a review structure. It contains no supplier price or commercial promise.

Before asking for a firm quote

  • Share a style reference, tech pack or a clear description.
  • Mark quantities as an estimate or a confirmed assortment.
  • Identify destination, labels, artwork and packing needs where known.
  • List what is still undecided so assumptions remain visible.

THE QUOTATION SHOULD STATE

What the price covers

  • Style and specification revision being priced
  • Unit of measure and quantity basis
  • Materials, trims, decoration and packing included
  • Price validity, payment terms and stated delivery basis

CONFIRM BEFORE ACCEPTING

What is separate or excluded

  • Sample, pattern or development charges
  • Testing, special inspection or certification costs
  • Freight, insurance, duties and destination charges
  • Any open assumption that could change the total

SAMPLE PRICE ≠ BULK ORDER PRICE

Approve the sample, then price the agreed production scope.

A sample may have separate charges and review terms. A bulk quotation should identify the approved garment version, fabric, artwork, quantity mix and packing scope. If one changes, ask which lines need to be repriced.
