BUYER QUESTIONS

Know what is fixed.
Know what still needs a check.

These answers set expectations for a product-development conversation. They are not supplier-specific commercial terms.

01Do I need a finished tech pack to start?

No. A reference garment, sketch, product photo or a clear written brief can start the conversation. The missing specifications should be listed and agreed before sampling or pricing.

02How is the minimum order quantity decided?

MOQ depends on the garment, fabric, colour, decoration and production route. This sample does not publish a universal MOQ; ask for it by style and colour after the scope is clear.

03Can I order more than one colour and size?

Yes, but the assortment needs to be written down. Share the quantity for each style, colour and size so the quote and packing plan use the same breakdown.

04When is a bulk price or delivery date confirmed?

After the style, materials, order mix, approved sample and delivery destination are reviewed. A sample page should not be treated as a quote or a production promise.

05Can you show OEKO-TEX, BSCI or SMETA documents?

A real supplier should provide current documents that match the product, material, facility and audit scope. Product testing and a site-level social audit answer different questions; this sample holds no certificates.

06What should I attach to the enquiry?

A tech pack, size chart, reference image, logo artwork or order breakdown can make the first review more useful. Do not upload confidential designs to this public demonstration.
