Agree the order checks

• Which checks are performed and at what stage.
• Who reviews and records a non-conforming result.
• What inspection evidence or reports will be shared.

Release with open items visible

Do not silently treat unresolved artwork, material or quantity choices as approved. Record the owner and the decision needed before the affected work proceeds.
